1. Make sure that the employees in each corresponding position are familiar with the product quality standards and physical standards, understand and master the difference between the actual product indicators and product standards, and find out the key indicators and general indicators. The key indicators must be qualified. Index items have room for fluctuation in quality control;

2. Ensure that employees in each corresponding position can clearly use the three indicators of standard, physical standard and national standard; always understand the actual use requirements of customers, that is, what is the use standard;

3. Ensure that the employees of each corresponding position control the key quality control points; often analyze the quality defects and where the quality control points are;

4. From the raw and auxiliary materials to the finished product, the whole process is tracked and monitored, and each process has a quality control point to implement full quality management!
